The Service is provided by FESZTIZ Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (FESZTIZ Kft.).
These Terms govern the service relationship established through the use of the FESZTIZ mobile application operated by the Service Provider.
The Hungarian Civil Code and the legislation on electronic commerce services apply to these Terms.
The Terms are deemed accepted upon ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration.
Using the service requires registration. The following data must be provided during registration:
The User may delete their account at any time in the application settings.
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and with the Hungarian Information Act.
The data provided during registration (name, phone number) are not public by default. The Service Provider transfers them to the Partner Service Provider (for example a stand or an event organiser) only if:
The application uses location data to list the most relevant festivals.
Location is monitored only while the map view is active. The map function can also be used without granting location permission.
Sharing your position with friends is voluntary. The User decides individually which friends they share their position with. Sharing can be withdrawn at any time.
The Service Provider keeps no location history: it stores only the last known position, and only if the User has enabled location sharing between friends. That record is updated when sharing is switched off and deleted when the account is deleted. Location data is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Through the application the User may book a table, a parking space or a camping spot, and may order products.
For age-restricted products (18+) the User must declare their age. The Service Provider may refuse handover where a breach of the age limit is suspected.
Payment is made through the Barion electronic payment system. Card details are never disclosed to the Service Provider.
The application may send push notifications about friend requests, news, events, and the status of orders and bookings.
Notifications can be switched off at any time in the application settings.
Technical faults may be reported at the following e-mail address: info@fesztiz.hu.
Technical faults concerning the operation of the application fall within the competence of the Service Provider (FESZTIZ Kft.).
Complaints about the quality of an ordered product or about defective fulfilment of an order are handled by the Service Provider / restaurant concerned. FESZTIZ Kft. assists the investigation by providing data (transfer of name and phone number in the event of a complaint).
The Service Provider may send push notifications through the application (friend requests, news, events, status of orders and bookings).
The User is entitled to determine the type of notifications, or to withdraw them entirely, in the application settings.
The Service Provider is entitled to amend these Terms unilaterally. The User is informed of the amendment within the application or by e-mail. The amendment takes effect 8 days after publication.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The District Court of Szeged and the Tribunal of Szeged have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between the Parties.
